Kit

Having the correct kit is essential for the conditions we will face in Antarctica – I want to come back with all my fingers and toes.  We will be camping on Union Glacier for four weeks in order to conduct our scientific research.  We expect temperatures to be about minus 20 degrees C, although it could be much colder with wind chill.  In the tent we expect it to be about zero. Watch here for information about kit.
